Several notable restaurants remain closed, however, including Emeril Lagasse’s restaurant Delmonico both of David Chang’s new concepts, Majordomo Meat & Fish and Moon Place and the Latin-influenced Sugarcane. Other dinner options in the two casinos include the Grand Luxe Cafe in Venetian (the one in Palazzo is closed), the Chinese fine-dining spot Mott 32, the Italian restaurant Matteo’s and the Hong Kong Cafe. A manager explained that they’re keeping their Strip-front patio closed this evening “just in case” there are any protests on Las Vegas Boulevard. But the casual burger and shake restaurant, Black Tap, still has several table seated indoors. The smaller Asian spot appeared to be the busier of the two. On the Venetian casino floor, both Black Tap and Noodle Asia are serving guests.
